All orders placed through the AeroLEDs web site must be paid for by credit card or PayPal. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the credit card company, including any disputed transaction requirements. For any warranty related returns, please contact us for an RMA number. We will forward you instructions for return and upon receipt of the product, will issue a credit to your account or ship a replacement. All products may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Products returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

AeroLEDs, LLC ships to street addresses worldwide with the exception of countries that have export restrictions. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses. Special arrangements can be made for other shipping requirements by contacting us.
For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries. We do not allow address changes after an order has been accepted. You may not export any products purchased from AeroLEDs
Restrictions Not all delivery options are available in all areas. Orders containing large product quantities will be shipped the following business day. Add one business day for orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii. In residential or outlying areas, orders may be delivered as late as 8 p.m. Holiday schedule—We do not ship or deliver on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day
